Our Policies

Dear Customers, 

Due to the nature of our business we have some policies

put in place for the best interest of both our staff and the business. 

Policies are as Follows:

Lateness

We accept late students up to 30 minutes past the scheduled class time with prior notice, and 15 minutes with no notice. Failure to do either will result in a no show, and unfortunately we cannot provide a refund.

Rescheduling 

We accept rescheduling up tp 48 hours before your scheduled class. We can rescheduling within the 48 hour period with a facility and materials fee of $60 (per group).

Damage 

You or your child are responsible to pay for any broken equipment. 

We are not responsible for any damaged, stolen, or lost items.

Payment

All services must be paid for in advance.
